My new Idea...

Had another presentation recently and it was terrible as I had nothing to visualise and here I am again with nothing to visualise but that would change within a few more days. What I want to do first, is to get my ideas together and merge it to one big idea where I could lead on from. So I started by going to west Bromwich, my local town. Majority of the buildings seemed really old that are still being used and been there for more than 100 of years. So as you could expect the town would be very old and very classic. So I had a little tour around west Bromwich and I found some interesting bits and bob. The outdoor market seemed quite cool to do, in the style of assassin creed. So that was instantly one idea that I kept thinking about. So what I finally decided was to go around several towns over the Christmas holiday and go to locations such as London, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Nuneaton, Leicester and a lot more. As for time budget I have got, I know that I won’t be able to build everything but some could be used as background which will be inaccessible. I really like the way west Bromwich is layered out. Anyway in my next blog I will show the pictures I have gathered so far and then create a map of my environment to give everyone a visual idea of the map and how it would be placed. I will also try to create some sketches and final concepts that would even clear out the blur that I am having at the moment.

A quick rephrase about what I’m going to do is, have myself going around several towns and take some photograph’s and then get everything together and merge it into a small deserted town with buildings that are inaccessible and some that are accessible. The town would be a small on-going trail that leads you to path way where as one direction is locked and the other may be open but not too sure about that just yet as I got to think about the time budget. In my next blog I will show some quick photographs of local towns such as Leicester and west Bromwich and explain what my ideas are and what I will be focusing. The images will be edited and analysed to show what my focus point would be and I will show a bird-eye-view point of view of the map. See you soon =D.
